Appearance

He wears a stained jump suit. He walks hunched over like Quasimodo. He has like dirty brown hair that is clumping together from the sweat. He is balding on the crown of his head. His skin is pale and burned with lines of electricity. Around his head is a strap from an electric chair it electrodes still shocking. The man is shifty, and not right. He holds conversations with the air or inanimate objects. He is always looking for the next person to "Ride the Lightning."

Story

Sven was a Soviet agent during the Cuban Missal Crisis. His sub was hit and he lay adrift for days. A local fisherman found Sven in his nets and brought him ashore. Once ashore he found himself in the big, beautiful land of America. His accent caught a lot of attention so Sven wandered north doing odd jobs where he could. He eventually found his way to Ohio where he met a janitor. The janitor offered him room and board but he had to help the local doctor with his experiments. Also Sven was never allowed in the house. If you here him muttering to himself you can often here the name "Charlie" followed by grunts and anger.
