Lily generally wore a black dress with white sleeves and a cross. Her hair is always down and messy and wore glasses. Kenneth used to be a very clean cut kid, generally wore black pants and a white button up (Lily adopted his colors when he died). Black hair. When he possessed the bunny stuffed animal that he got for Lily, it started hemorrhaging blood from the top of his head (he died from head trauma) and he started getting a little bitey, so Lily bought him a muzzle. Blood also started oozing from the front of his body, which were symptoms of the injuries that helped kill him. The bunny is generally calm when Lily has him, but will twitch and move if anyone gets too close to his girl.

Lily and Kenneth were sweet on each other as kids and planned to continue going to school together and eventually get married when they became adults. Unfortunately, Kenneth was killed in a car accident. When he was crossing the street, a car hit him. The hood ornament disemboweled him, but what killed him was the force crumpling him and slamming his head into the hood of the car. Lily never got over it. Even into adulthood, she carried the pink bunny that he gave her as a kid. She rarely made friends that she didn't already have from childhood. Making new friends made her feel like time was moving on and taking her farther away from the person she wanted to spend her life with. As a result, she was frequently unstable, alternating between who she was and the brief moments where she briefly comes to terms with what happened and how much time has passed. When she was in her mid twenties, the bunny toy began hemorrhaging blood. The injuries matched Kenneth's and Lily believed he was back. The two of them would go out on the town and enjoy each other's company even though people were getting concerned about a woman talking to a stuffed animal. Eventually, someone tried to take Lily away, thinking she needed help. Kenneth jumped to her defense, but Lily managed to get injured. The two of them travel together, keeping a low profile, but Kenneth is now always with Lily and making sure she's safe even if it means killing anyone who makes the mistake of upsetting her.

She is Emilia Sangre's sister, but they don't get along. Emilia thinks it's stupid for Lily to obsess over a childhood sweetheart for so long.
